After graduating university, I worked for Fuji Xerox Co., Ltd. and then joined patent firm. I have 25 years of experience in intellectual property practice and have prepared about 1,000 patent specifications myself.
During this time, I was in charge of patent applications of companies such as Mitsubishi Motors, MHI, Mitsubishi Chemical, Caterpillar, and Fujitsu. I have acted as a representative for Fujitsu for 12 years.
I handled all the domestic and international patent applications in electronic and mechanical fields from filing to prosecution by myself.
In particular, for prosecution of US patent applications, I prepared Responsive Brief, which can be submitted to the US Patent Office as it is.
I gave expert opinions (infringement, validity) and handled the case of advisory opinions of JPO. I handled the case of opposition to registration and the case of a suit against an appeal/trial decisions as a person in charge.
